The Bountiful Community Food Pantry is here to relieve hunger and increase self-sufficiency of Davis County residents living in need. 

Clients who are registered at the pantry may come twice a month (we ask that you not come twice in the same week) and receive a week’s worth of groceries. Other assistance ay also be available.

The first step in getting help is to register. 

  1. Fill out the Bountiful Community Food Pantry Client Application 
    1. If you are a current client (you have filled out an information sheet, submitted documents and received a new client card in the past year, you do not need to fill out this form).
    2. Clients need to renew once a year.
  2. Read and sign pantry documents: in English (in Spanish)
  3. Email the following documents to

Identification

  • Photo ID for each person 18 years and older
  • ID for each child (any one of the following)
    Birth certificate/passport
    Medicaid card or document
    Current school record
    Any state or federal document that includes both name and age

Proof of current home address (any one of the following):

  • Current rent or lease agreement
  • Current mortgage or tax statement
  • Utility bill (gas, electric or water)
  • State or federal letter to residence

Proof of Income for each household member (any combination of the following):

  • 2 recent pay stubs
  • Social security payment information
  • Disability payment information
  • Child support agreement and alimony agreement
